Information for the person concerned and information about rights of the person concerned according to the Article 13 as well as Articles 15 to 20 of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection on the protection of persons with regards to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

When processing your personal data, it is very important for us to protect your privacy. We process your personal data in accordance with the applicable law and ensure that it is protected to the highest possible extent, which corresponds with the technical level of the means used by us.

This document will provide you with information on how we handle your personal information while browsing and using services of the web page, how you can contact us, if you have a question about processing your personal data, and other important information.

When processing your personal data, we follow not only the laws of the Slovak Republic, but also the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) on the protection of natural persons with regards to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as another related regulations.

Principles of personal data processing

The main principles of processing your personal data are:

  • “Principle of legality, fairness and transparency" - We always process your personal data legally, fairly  and transparently
  • “Principle of limited use” - Your personal data is collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes  and is not further processed in a way that is incompatible with the original purpose of such processing
  • “Principle of accuracy” - We only process personal data which is correct and updated as needed
  • “Principle of data minimisation” - We only process the specific personal data necessary to accomplish  the purpose of its processing
  • “Principle of retention minimisation” - We retain your personal data in a format that only permits your  identification when necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is processed
  • “Principle of integrity and confidentiality” - We process personal data in a way that guarantees  reasonable protection of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful  processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage, by employing appropriate technical or  organizational measures.


Processing of personal data during visit of the website

Purpose and scope

We only record and use the personal data of website visitors in the scope necessary to operate a  functional website and its content and services. This means that we only collect the personal data  that your browser automatically transmits and temporarily retain this data in a log file. The following  data is involved: The IP address of the requesting computer, the date and time of access, the name  and URL of the downloaded file, the website from which it is accessed, the browser used and possibly  the operating system of your computer, as well as the name of your Internet access provider.

General administration of the website, providing a smooth connection to the website, and facilitating  convenient use of the website are the purposes of processing such data.

Legal basis

Article 6, par. 1, point f) of the GDPR is the legal basis for personal data processing as the processing of the above data  is necessary to operate the website. Providing the personal data mentioned above for this purpose  of processing is not a statutory nor a contractual requirement; however, it is impossible to visit our  website without such processing. A person concerned is entitled to object such data processing.

Retention period

Personal data is processed for the period necessary to accomplish the purpose of its processing. Personal data of person concerned will be deleted once the purpose is accomplished.


Processing of personal data when visiting and using services on the website

Personal data in the database of candidates´ CVs

Purpose and scope

One of the services provided to candidates is a possibility to create own profile using an online form on the website and to publish the profile in the CV database to be seen by the company´s clients.

The purpose of the processing of personal data is to provide assistance to the person concerned as a candidate in finding a suitable job opportunity. Based on the consent provided by the person concerned, plus55 s.r.o. is authorized to disclose/provide the personal data to its business partners for the purposes disclosed in the previous sentence.

In order to provide assistance in finding a suitable job opportunity, plus55 s.r.o. is authorized to inform  the person concerned via an e-mail message about the fact that its business partners have published job offers at the website. A person concerned is entitled to object such data processing.

CVs stored in the CV database include: contact information (email address and phone  number), date of birth, the highest level of completed education, specification of the job field and position a candidate is interested in, identification of the location in which a candidate is looking for a job, preferred type of work contract. A job candidate decides what other data to provide in a CV.

Registration on the website is required to be able to create a profile in the CV database. Registration requires use of a login email address and a password; registration may be cancelled at any time by sending an e-mail to plus55 s.r.o. in which a candidate states his/her intent to cancel the registration.

Legal Basis

Your personal data may be processed in the database of candidates´ CVs and provided to business partners of plus55, s.r.o. in line with the Article 6, par. 1, point a) of the GDPR, i.e. based on the consent of the person concerned.

Your personal data can also be processed in the database of candidates´ CVs under the Article 6, par. 1, point f) of the GDPR, i.e. legitimate  interest, for the purpose of providing information (via e-mail message) about job offers published by business partners at the website. If you unsubscribe from receiving such e-mail messages, we will no longer send you electronic messages and will not process your  personal data for such purpose.

Retention period

Personal data contained in a candidate´s profile is disclosed/provided to business partners via the website for a period of 10 years from the date of granting consent to processing of personal  data.

Data contained in a candidate´s profile will be deleted permanently after a period of 10 years from the date of granting consent to the processing of personal data. plus55 s.r.o. is obliged to permanently delete personal data of a candidate upon a written request from a person concerned.


Personal data in an application to a job offer

Purpose and scope

plus55 s.r.o. enables its clients to publish job offers on the website. Candidates are entitled to apply to these job offers. An application to a job offer published on the website includes: contact information (e-mail  address and phone number). It is at the sole discretion of the candidate as to what additional details to provide in an application to a job offer.

The purpose of the processing of such personal data is to provide assistance to the person concerned as a candidate in finding a suitable job opportunity. plus55 s.r.o. therefore archives applications to job offers published on the website sent by candidates and ensures that they are provided to the client who published the job offer.

Legal Basis for the company plus55

Personal data contained in applications to job offers published at the website archived by plus55 s.r.o. are considered to be personal data under the GDPR. Plus55 s.r.o. may  only process this personal data under the Article 6, par. 1, point a) of the GDPR, i.e. based on the consent of the person concerned.

Legal Basis for the company´s clients

A client of plus55 s.r.o. (who published the job offer) is only authorized to process the personal data of a candidate on a legal basis under the GDPR and for the purpose of finding a suitable employee, while it is at the sole discretion of the client to decide on the specific legal  basis for the personal data processing. A candidate sends his/her CV together with attachments to a client of plus55 s.r.o. who published a job offer on the website. The candidate may also via the website grant consent to processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of inclusion into a hiring process to the client of plus55 s.r.o.. It is at the sole and voluntary discretion of a candidate to provide consent to such personal  data processing to the client of plus55 s.r.o..

Plus55 s.r.o. does not obtain personal data based on authorization by its clients. plus55 s.r.o. obtains personal data and then provides it to its clients based on candidates´ express consent. When publishing a job offer, plus55 s.r.o. and its clients who publish job offers function as independent personal data controllers and, as such, they act independently towards the person concerned.

Retention Period

In order to use this service, a registration on the website is required. Registration requires the use of a login e-mail address and a password; registration may be cancelled at any time by sending an email to and stating your intent to cancel your registration. Consent to the personal data processing is given to plus55 s.r.o. for a fixed period of time,  i.e. 10 years from the date of granting consent to the processing of personal data. A candidate has access to his/her applications to job offers on the website (to view, reuse, resend them...) during this period. A candidate may revoke consent to personal data processing at any time during the above-specified ten-year period.


Registration on the website

Purpose and scope

Candidates are required to register on the website to use its services. A candidate may use any login e-mail and password to register. Registration allows candidates to apply to a  job offer and create and publish a profile on the website.

Legal Basis

Based on the GDPR, an e-mail address may be considered to be personal data, so the person concerned must  provide in line with the Article 6, par. 1, point a) of the GDPR consent to the processing of his/her personal data prior to registration.

Retention Period

Consent to personal data processing can be revoked at any time, otherwise the consent will expire after 10 years from the date of granting consent to the processing of personal data.



When providing our services, we also use the support of some suppliers who may have access to your personal data. Such recipients can be the IT administrator, the provider of some administrative activities and the development and administration of the website, as well as the cloud solution provider.

These services are provided by their providers. Based on the data transmitted by the relevant services via social plug-ins, the service is able to log you into your account, if it is  necessary. After logging into some social networks, providers can immediately  assign a visit of this website to your profile.

If you work with social media plug-ins, the relevant information is also transferred directly to the  providers’ servers and stored there. This information can also be published on a social network and  displayed there under your contacts. To prevent such immediate association of data collected via our website to your profile, you must log out of your account provided by any of the above mentioned providers before visiting our website. Information on the scope and purpose of data collection by relevant providers, as well as  on further processing and use of your data, can be found in the data protection and privacy  information found directly on the website of the relevant provider.


Rights of persons concerned

plus55 s.r.o. will apply appropriate measures to provide the person concerned with all the information referred to in Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR and all communication under Articles 15 to 22 and Article 34 of the GDPR that relate to the processing of personal data, in a concise, transparent, comprehensible, and easily accessible form, formulated clearly and simply, especially in the case of information intended  specifically for children. Information shall be provided in writing or by other means, including electronic means where appropriate. If the person concerned requests, information may be provided verbally, as long as the identity of the person concerned has been proven in another way.

A person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation from plus55 s.r.o. if his/her personal data is being processed and, if so, the person concerned has the right to access this personal data and the following  information:

  • purposes of the processing,
  • categories of the personal data concerned,
  • recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been or will be provided,  particularly recipients in third countries or international organizations,
  • where possible, the foreseeable period of retention of the personal data or - if that is not possible - the criteria for its determination,
  • existence of the right to require plus55 s.r.o. to correct personal data relating to the person concerned, or to delete or restrict the processing thereof, or to object such processing,
  • right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority,
  • where personal data has not been obtained from the person concerned, any available information about source of such data,
  • existence of automated decision making, including profiling.

A person concerned has the right of correcting any incorrect personal data without undue delay. With regard to the purposes of the processing, a person concerned has the right to complete partial personal data, including doing so in the form of a supplementary statement.

A person concerned is entitled to request that plus55 s.r.o. deletes his/her personal data. All consents to the processing of personal data provided to plus55 s.r.o. are revocable. Please send your request to the email address:
