Salary and benefits / Mzda a benefity:
From 3.000 EUR (gross) / month + bonuses + company car. The final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.

Main tasks / Náplň práce:
- Managing the distribution warehouse and its departments
- Having responsibility for planning and execution of the plan and main KPIs
- Driving efficiency and optimization of distribution warehouse processes, implementation and monitoring of their compliance
- Reporting production errors and suggestions for improvements of warehouse processes
- Managing, coordinating and motivating warehouse employees, controlling their activities
- Being responsible for Inventory and optimization of stock size
- Planning, tracking and optimizing costs
- Communicating with external suppliers and distribution companies
- Cooperating with other departments
- Being responsible for regular reporting, participating in meetings
- Having responsibility for attendance and remuneration of employees on a monthly basis
- Participating actively in local as well as international projects
- Cooperating on recruitment of new people together with the HR Department
- Having responsibility for compliance with health and safety regulations, controlling and solving inquiries from the state authorities
- Setting-up and organizing system of work for the team, setting-up work tasks, assigning responsibilities to team members (60 regular employees + external workers)
- Assigning tasks and goals, evaluating and controlling their fulfillment
- Selecting, training, motivating and developing the employees
- Executing employee performance evaluations, providing feedback to them
