The March meeting of the Plus55 Club was also very inspiring

From the point of view of the current labor market, a person over the age of 50 is perceived as less flexible and less adaptable, following more or less usual work practices and habbits and used to a stable working environment.

2 million people over 50 live in Slovakia. Thousands of them are experts and specialists, many of them with a brad experience in working for multinational companies.
How did they get into the uncomfortable position of being "invisible"?
What kind of stories do they say today in the face of the daily reality of the labor market?
What do we know about them, apart from the fact that they are on the Internet, shopping in e-shops, spending time on vacations and "covering themselves with whatever duvet they have"?
So why are they perceived today as a risky investment for young, dynamically developing companies?

We looked for answers to this at the meeting of the Plus55 Club on 22/03/2024, where the topic "Online networking - Linkedin" surprised many participants with its reality.
Mrs. Martina Rothova from Dedoles and Mr. Peter Lacko from Billa guided us through the maze of the labor market. Mr. Peter Krúpa from the Hubert company revealed the secret of a company for which age diversity is a daily reality.

Many thanks to Ivo Novotny (CZ) for brilliantly bringing everyone together
See you again in April.
