Main tasks / Náplň práce:
- Coordinating the Pre-Configuration Center (PCC) for reverse vending machines
- Coordinating team duties in the PCC Team (up to 5 people) and ensuring the timely pre-configurations of the systems
- Providing operational technical participation in pre-configuration
- Controlling and assuring quality of the system pre-configurations
- Closely cooperating with internal Fulfilment Department in Austria and external transportation partners
- Participating on regular update meetings and fulfilling specified tasks and goals
- Overseeing hiring and training of key staff to ensure a capable work force
- Identifying actual and upcoming threats and opportunities to further improve the pre-configuration operations and overall efficiency of the center
- Preparing and submitting regular reports of center operations to upper management
