Salary and benefits / Mzda a benefity:
2 000 EUR/month + 13th salary + company car for private use.
The final salary amount will be defined based on the successful candidate´s experience and seniority.

Main tasks / Náplň práce:
- Being responsible for comprehensive HR management
- Implementing Group HR policies and procedures across the company
- Reviewing, developing and implementing strategies and processes for recruitment, selection, induction and retention of staff
- Managing new initiatives in recruiting; cooperating with schools, handling dual education agenda
- Advising and supporting managers as regards HR issues and in the effective implementation of the best HR practices
- Ensuring adherence to valid labor legislation
- Monitoring and assuring achievement of given KPIs in the HR area; reporting
