Main tasks / Náplň práce:
- Managing the Financial Department – organizationally and methodically leading subordinate employees, creating procedures and guidelines, setting up strategic goals and taking measures to achieve them
- Having responsibility for financial and production controlling, accounting, including payroll accounting and fixed asset records
- Ensuring proper cash flow, liquidity and tax planning
- Implementing a complex financial and production controlling
- Managing controlling activities including KPI setup, reporting
- Preparing budgets, short-term and long-term forecasts
- Producing monthly and weekly results reports for the company management and the owners
- Handling documents and reports for banks, the NBS, the Statistical Office, as well as Intrastat reports
- Being responsible for correctness and functionality of the deployed information technologies, including ERP
- Managing employees of the Purchasing Department, creating department´s procedures and guidelines, setting up goals, evaluating them and taking measures to achieve them
- Having responsibility for material control of requirements and transparent closing of business cases for purchasing commodities
- Cooperating with and reporting to the CFO
