Do politicians "suffer" from longevity resistance?

Do politicians "suffer" from longevity resistance? Why can they, even in their older age, make decisions and lead countries? Why in developed countries are senior professionals perceived as a benefit for companies, when in our country we often hear: "...we would like to, but you know, we are a young company..."? They may not be aware that they, too, are aging with the company and that similar unresolved issues may await them. Suddenly, the concept of age inclusion, so often discussed, becomes just an illusion.

Our Plus 55 project is starting to bear first fruit. Smaller and medium-sized companies, which are under even more pressure to find experts than corporations, do show their interest to join this initiative. Gradually, the first contacts are established and "adult" experts meet companies which are hiring, and the first possibilities for cooperation are discussed. Entrepreneurs who themselves have created successful companies, but do not have resources and time for an intensive search, have decided to use the offered resource of proven experts. New energy, new environment and the opportunity to be 100% useful and respected are the great benefits that our project can offer to both parties.
