Age diversity in the workplace

In its October newsletter, Charta diversity Slovensko addresses the topic of age diversity in the workplace.
It offers several points of view at the age diversity in the workplace - in addition to the question of employing senior people, it also emphasizes the need to proactively perceive the diverse needs of several generations that meet in the workplace - whether it is a preferred method of communication or benefits, which may differ from generation to generation.
Examples of good practice of companies, for which the topics of diversity and inclusion (not only related to age) are important, are also very inspiring. For example, we would like to share the IKEA's experience with a recruitment campaign for people 50+.
