plus55 s.r.o. based in Zámocká 22, 811 01 Bratislava (hereinafter referred to as the „ Operator “) as a personal data operator hereby informs job seekers as Persons Concerned under Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “ Regulation ”) in conjunction with the Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection and on the amendment of certain acts on personal data processing.
Categories and types of personal data
Personal data processed by the operator may contain information which you have provided as a job seeker at the webpage www.plus55.net and information which you have voluntarily sent as part of your application to a job offer (f. e. your professional CV).
Purpose, Legal basis and Conditions of Personal Data Processing
Personal data that you provide to the Operator by sending him your CV will be processed for following purposes:
A. Purpose of selecting a suitable candidate for the job position that is to be filled in the extent indispensable for fulfilling the specified purpose. The legal basis for this purpose of the processing of your personal data are "pre-contractual relationships" according to Article 6, Section 1, Letter b) of the Regulation.
- Your personal data are processed for the duration of the selection process, i.e. from the publishing of the job vacancy to filling the job vacancy for the job position to be filled; should you be unsuccessful, your personal data shall be deleted / destroyed upon the conclusion of the selection process, whereas, in the case of a successful candidate, the personal data are included in their personal file; the successful candidate shall subsequently be informed about this at a separate instance.
B. Your personal details can be processed for the purpose of entering the candidate into the job seekers' database kept by the Operator in order to fill a future vacancy. The legal basis for this purpose of processing is the "Consent" of the person concerned according to Article 6, Section 1, Letter a) of the Regulation.
- Providing personal details and your consent to this purpose of processing is voluntary. - Your personal details are being processed for the period of 3 years since giving your consent. After the mentioned above period has passed, your personal details will be definitely deleted / destroyed. - As the Person Concerned you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal of your consent. The right of the Person Concerned to withdraw his or her consent to the processing of personal data may also be exercised before the expiry of the time for which that consent was granted.
C. In case of deviations in the processing of personal data, as stated in this document, the operator is obliged to inform you in a separate document. The same applies if your personal data is transferred from www.plus55.net to Operator´s information systems.
Recipients
The Operator may pass your personal data on to the following categories of recipients: to authorized persons (these are persons through whom the Operator processes your personal data), to brokers. The Operator will inform you about the categories of existing recipients in a separate document.
Transferring Data outside of the EU
Your personal data are being processed only on the territory of the Slovak Republic or on the territory of another EU member state. The Operator will inform you about possible transfers of personal data outside the EU in a separate document.
Your Rights
As the Person Concerned, you are entitled: to require access to the personal data that is being processed; to require the correction of incorrect or out-of-date data or the supplementing of missing data; to require the deletion of the processed personal data in cases stipulated by legal regulations; to require the Operator to transfer the processed personal data to another operator; to lodge your complaint or motion with the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic.
The Operator will provide you with more detailed information about your rights and the processing of personal data off-site of www.plus55.net in a separate document. The Operator who published the job offer on the portal is solely responsible for processing your personal data off-site of www.plus55.net.
